If you haven't been to the Body Worlds exhibit at The Leonardo in SLC, you have to go see it. We went today and it is worth the price. You've never seen the body like this. It is done very well and incredibly informative. Jessica was fascinated looking at all the body parts, seeing the circulatory system and digestive systems. She's been learning about those in her class at school. My favorite part was seeing the Fetal Development. In the 9th week of development the fetus looks like a baby. It has individual fingers and toes, you can see the mouth and eyes. It was incredible. There were babies showing the stages up to 32 weeks.
We didn't want to really explain the bodies to Jessica so we didn't go into detail that they were all real and at one point alive. She probably just thought that they were models. Body Worlds is such an incredible experience and a fun activity. You must see it.
After we had dinner at Tucano's in Gateway, which the girls both seemed to like. The service was amazing and much better than the service at the one in Riverwoods. Jessica even tried Chicken Hearts. We didn't tell her what it was until she had swallowed it. Becca's favorite was the grilled pineapple, but that's everyones favorite. I loved the Beef Teriyaki. I kept having servings of that.
